Welcome to a new web site, a new genre of fiction and a new series launched in April ’08 by TAKE ME IF YOU CAN.

Watch the Trailer

There are a lot of stories out there about art theft, but not so many about recovering art that’s been stolen. Let me introduce ARTemis, Inc., an agency that does just that. The players at ARTemis are the good guys, but they often have to use bad guy methods to get the job done—after all, look who they’re dealing with: Crooks who don’t acknowledge any rules.

This is a dark, dangerous game where every move could cost an agent’s life, much less her liberty or pursuit of happiness. The agents at ARTemis aren’t out to catch a thief, exactly… just repossess what’s been stolen. They are the “repo men” of the art world and the jet set.

I hope you’ll enjoy these new characters of mine as much as I’ve enjoyed writing them! I’m at work on the second TAKE ME book right now, so stay tuned for more high-stakes, glamorous adventure.

All best,

Karen Kendall
